    Manufacturing Process and Microstructure Performance of 022Cr25Ni6Mo2N Duplex Stainless Steel Seamless Tube

    • The 022Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless steel seamless tube is produced by means of the hot-piercing+3-pass cold-rolling process. It is demonstrates via relevant physical and chemical tests that all the properties of the said tube are satisfactory, i.e., the tube possesses proper chemical composition, good mechanical properties and technological performances, austenite+ferrite duplex matrix, approximately 1:1 two phase ratio, excellent inter-granular corrosion and pitting corrosion resistances, good surface quality, and high dimensional accuracy. The microstructure and all the performance indexes of the 22Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless seamless tube as trial produced are in compliance with the application requirements.
