Common Quality Problems of Spiral Welded Pipes and Relevant Corrective Actions

Described in the assey are the welding quality problems,including occurrence of pipe body crease defects as commonly encountered with during the manufacturing process of spiral weld pipes.Some of the causes for the said problems are investigated,and identified,for instance,strip steel and welding agent with questionable quality often lead to poor welding quality,while improper forming force gets occurrence of the pipe body crease defect.Accordingly,corrective actions are proposed.
