Research and Development of Control System for Tubular Heat Treatment Testing Machine

To improve the testing method for oil pipe heat treatment，a testing machine suitable for different heat treatment processes for large-sized steel tubular products and steel plates is developed.The control system of the machine is equipped with the Siemens PLC hardware，and the US NI Company-made built-in controller so as to enable the machine to perform various simulations of different heat treatment processes with different heating temperature，heating rate，holding time and cooling rate，etc（including normalizing，quenching，quenching and tempering，and air cooling），and fulfill multi-analog quantity closed-loop control，logic control，high-speed data acquisition and data analysis/processing.The testing machine has met the actual requirements.
