ERW PIPE FORMATION PROCESS WITH NON-BULGING DEFORMATION ROLL

The article involves a new ERW pipe manufacture process developed by Kawasaki Steel Corp., Japan, i.e.Formation Process with Non-Bulging Roll (CBR), giving a conclusion that based on the successes of related experiments and practice, the new technology has proven itself advantageous in such aspects as small scale, flexibility in product mix change as well as high product quality.
