MANDREL LUBRICANT FOR MANUFACTURE OF HOT-ROLLED SEAMLESS STEEL TUBES

Described in the paper are the anti-hi temperature lubrication performance,lubrication mechanisms and industrial application of the newly developed graphite lubricant for mandrel service in manufacturing hot-rolled seamless steel tubes.It has been proven via relevant operation that the said new lubricant is quite up to relative technological criteria for manufacture of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes and that compared with similar products imported from abroad,it provides such advantages as easy-to-operate,pollution reducing and so on.
