DEVELOPMENT OF U TYPE HIGH-PRESSURE HEATER PIPE

The paper introduces the development of U type high-Pressure heater pipe jointly conducted by Chengde Steel Tube Group CorP. and shanghai Reacarch Institute for Power generation Equipment Set,covering such aspects as the quality blanks used,the advanced manufacturing process and technical tips and special process equipment and inspection/testing facilities. Relevant inspection results show that all the technical norms of the saia pipe are up to the applicable specification and requirements as specified in the technical agreement.
