Modification Concerning Pointing Process of The First Domestic CPE Pipe Mill

Detailed here in the paper is the modification of the pointing process of the first domestic CPE pipe mill. The modification has yielded both much higher yield and availability of the mill, enabling it to eventually operate with full designed capacity.
