    Research on Roll Synchronism of Pilger Mill

    • The non-synchronism between the movements of the Pilger mill upper and lower rolls significantly affects the product quality. Causes leading to the said non-synchronism are analyzed and the key factors of them are identified. The disadvantages of the roll drive system in design, fabrication and application must be removed so as to essentially eliminate the product defects caused by the roll non-synchronism.
