Analysis and Processing of Communication Fault of Section Forming Machine

Introduced in this paper are the machine structure, the working principle and the control system of a certain section forming machine.Also analyzed and discussed are the method to diagnose communication fault in the control system and the problem of how to handle interferences in the control system.The practice proves that this communication fault processing method is quite feasible, and when it is applied, the fault diagnosing and processing time are significantly reduced, which effectively ensures the equipment running ratio.
