AN APPROACH TO PROCESS OF Y TYPE 3-HIGH HOT-ROLLING OF HOLLOW HEXAGONAL BAR STEEL

Various manufacture processes of bar steel are described. Based on relevant experiment/research results, a preliminary approach to the feasibility of the process of Y type, 3-high,hot-rolling of hollow hexagonal bar steel is conducted; the deforming law concerning the said process is analysed; proposal to improve the pass system is put forword. It has been proven by relevant experiments that the process of Y type, 3-high, hot-rolling of hollow hexagonal bar steel is feasible.
