Modification of Lower Guide-disc Setting Mechanism of Accu-roll Pipe Mill

Analyzed were the existing shortcomings of the lower guide-disc setting mechanism and cradle clamping device of Accu-roll pipe mill.Addressing them,relevant corrective actions were proposed and taken.The operation result shows that the said actions are effective,having brought significant reduction of the equipment failure rate.
