PRODUCTION OF COLD-DRAWN IHGH-PRESSURE-BOILER STEEL PIPES WITH ROLLED ROUNDS MADE FROM Φ210mm CC BLOOMS

The article involves main aspects concerning production of cold-drawn high-pressure-boiler steel pipes with Φ75mm rounds rolled by the 650mm pipe mill with Φ210mm 20G CC blooms, covering the manufacture process of the rolled rounds, cold-drawing product and the product quality.Main technical measures taken for the production are also discussed.Relevant operation practice has led to the conclusion that high-pressure-boiler pipes up to relevant standard can be produced with the said rolled rounds.
