Modification of Drill Pipe Inspection/Measuring Equipment with China-made Hard/software

The U.S. OEM-made in-door drill pipe inspection/measuring line imported by Bohai Sea Well Drilling Tube ＆ Tooling Co., Shengli Oil Field is modified with China-made hard/software, pinpointing the problems encountered during the operation of the line and on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the original hard/software thereof. As a result, the drill pipe inspection/measuring line with all of its original designed performances remaining is provided with an additional pipe body gauge measuring function and its ability to produce quantitive measuring signals is enhanced so as to realize rational and efficient stepped management of the drill pipes.
