    Development of Manufacturing Process Technologies of Stainless Steel Weld Pipes for Making of Low/Medium Pressure

    • It is inevitable for stainless steel weld pipes to take the role of seamless steel pipes in the area of making of low/medium pressure boilers and heat exchangers, particularly for cold processed automatically welded pipes which are in possession of properties in compliance with the technological indicators set for seamless steel pipes. Manufacturing process of stainless steel weld pipes for boiler and heat exchanger purpose has been developed, focusing on four crucial process aspects, namely, forming, auto-welding, heat treatment and cold-processing. Described here are the main characteristics of manufacturing process of the said product.
