PRACTICE OF DESIGN OF ROLL-BENDING FORMATION

Based on examples concerning design of roll-bending formation, the author holds that the set up of the final product pass plays an important role in pass designing for roll-bending formation, which affects the accuracy of the product and that it is necessary to use CAD system to analyse the deformation distribution in intermediate stands.
