Testing Concerning Process of Threading Non-CoupledEnd of Coupled Tubing

The layout of a new process line for tubing threading is introduced in the paper.Relevant process testing showed that when threading the non-coupled end of a coupled tubing,thread quality was negatively affected little by the coupling,and that all the items inspected,namely taper,pitch,tooth height,standoff and L4 were within the specific tolerances.The said process for threading non-coupled end of coupled tubing has been proven practical.
