MODIFICATION OF WATER PUMP STATION AND DESCALER OF HIGH-PRESSURE SPRAY DESCALING SYSTEM

Technical modification was made to the descaling system located in the CPE hot-rolled seamless steel tube production line with measures made according to such problems of the system as low pre-nozzle operation pressure, low material flowing speed and incomplete descaling, etc. The measures include increasing the pump station pressure, optimizing the nozzle structure, setting up proper flow rate and modifying the spray ring. The improved descaling system has proven itself to be very effective.
