Technological Scheme for Φ168mm Hot-rolled Seamless Steel Pipe CPE Plant as Planned

Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of a Φ168 mm hot-rolled seamless steel pipe CPE plant as planned to be built, covering the pipe-rolling process, the configuration of main manufacturing units and relevant parameters, the layout of the production workshop, the lifting & handling facilities, and the investment budget, etc. With a total investment of about RMB 0.55 billion, the production line with a designed yearly output of 0.2 million tons is scheduled to be set up, and put into operation by August 2014.
