Welding Method for Aluminized Steel Tube

Welding of the aluminized steed has been so far a hard nut to crash both at home and abroad,which has been hindering spreading the use thereof. Made in the paper is an in-deep analysis of the problems related to welding of the carbon steel as aluminized,based on which a new welding method is proposed to ensure that the seam performance is almost equal to that of the base metal,i.e.,the aluminized steel. In case of W.T. ∧12 mm,it is better to adopt the braze welding process,while in case of W.T. ≥12 mm,the overlay welding process is preferred.
