IMPROVEMENT OF SHELL STRAIGHTNESS ON 76mm TUBE MILL

The application result of reducing shell-bending by applying the chain-type cooling bed following a 76mm tube mill is described. The practice shows that the shell bending can be substantially reduced through the bed and the cooled shells can meet the requirements of charging device of cold-drawing mills.
