Fume Disposal for Plasma Cutting of SAWH Pipe

Serous air pollution of the workshop environment may be caused by the fume that results from the workpiece plasma-cutting operation,and contains a large amount of vaporized metals,ozone and nitrides/oxides.This big problem is solved by a series of preventative actions,including determination of proper collection method for the fume,modification of the fume-sucking hood,and proper installation and operation thereof,which have resulted in completely sucking of the fume from inside of the pipe under the plasma-cutting operation into the air-purifying system.
