A New Type Heat Treatment Equipment for H13 Mandrel

  • The new type heat treatment equipment for H13 mandrel is used together with the split bell resistance heating furnace,and the special lifter and the tackle for quench operation,being a completely different vehicle for quenching long shaft pieces. Elaborated here in the article is the solution of the problem related to temperature homogeneity of big heat treatment furnace via appropriate sealing of the furnace and proper power allocation. Thanks to the proper type of piece charging/discharging and the PLC control system,it is ensured that the long shaft piece is well automatically controlled with little deformation,when quenched horizontally,and thus heat treatment quality of the mandrel is improved.
