Discussion on Method for Evaluating Repair-welding Process for SAWH Pipe

Presented here in the essay are the three standards as for evaluating the repair-welding process for the SAWH pipe，namely GB/T 9711—2011，Appendix D，ASME IX—2013 and NB/T 47014—2011.The differences between these standards are analyzed in terms of repair-welding evaluation of welding conditions for the weld seam，direction of sampling for the weld mechanical property test and the acceptance criteria，etc.Moreover，specific sampling method and mechanical property acceptance criteria for repair-welding are presented.
