AN INTRODUCTION TO CHELYABINSK STEEL TUBE WORKS,RUSSIA

Set up in 1942,Chelyabinsk Steel Tube Works is the largest steel tube manufacturer in Russia,being capable of producing carbon steel,alloy steel and stainless steel seamless tubes and weld tubes with a range as Φ10～1 220mm and up to 3 600 specifications. The works’annual output is up to 3 million tonnes. The article presents a brief description concerning the major equipment composition,production scale and the technical innovation of the tube maker.
