Abstract
Following a brief description with respect to the structure and working principle of the 8t/h line-frequency heating furnace for steel pipe hot-dip galvanization treatment, details concerning the said furnace are present, including computation of the thermal equilibrium and main technical parameters of the furnace selected on the basis of the calculated total power.The furnace features energy-saving, low zinc consumption, slag-reduction, high environmental compatibility, easy operation/maintenance and temperature control.
