    Present Situation of Manufacture and Development of Corrosion-resistant Alloy(CRA) Clad/Lined Pipes

    • Introduced here in the paper are the present situations of the manufacturing technologies of corrosion-resistant alloy(CRA) pipes both at home and abroad.The commonly-used manufacturing processes are detailed.From the point of view of the pipe bonding interface nature (i.e., metallurgical cladding or mechanical cladding), the production capacity of domestic CRA clad pipe-making industry is compared with those abroad, and the development trend of the application and technology of such product are predicted.The comparative analysis lead to such a conclusion that the significant development trend of the metallic clad pipe manufacturing technology would be metallurgical clad pipes and related thermal cladding-plastic forming process and solid-phase thermal diffusion process.
