Development of New Type 8 MN/3 MN Steel Pipe End Upsetting Machine

Described here in the paper is the framework of the new type 8 MN/3 MN steel pipe end upsetting machine.Also analyzed as a focus is the principle of the toggle-bar magnifying mechanism. Compared with the conventional steel tube end upsetting machine,it is identified that the above mentioned new type upsetting machine featuring the toggle-bar mechanism has such advantages as structural simplicity,high productivity,consistent performance and remarkable energy-saving efficiency,etc.
