Research on Mini-flow Manufacturing Process of X60/2205 Bimetal Clad Pipe

Elaborated in the paper is the centrifugal casting+hot-extrusion mini-flow manufacturing process for the X60/2205 bimetal clad pipe,covering an analysis concerning relevant key techniques like centrifugal casting,hot-extrusion processing and heat treatment,etc.Property tests are conducted to the said pipe as made via the pilot manufacture.The testing results show that the X60/2205 bimetal clad pipe made with the centrifugal casting+hot-extrusion manufacturing process has completely metallurgical bonding,and excellent comprehensive properties,while the manufacturing process itself is capable of cost-effective production of the said pipe with hiyield.
