TECHNICAL MODIFICATION OF φ76mm SEAMLESS STEEL TUBE EDDY FLAW-INSPECTING SYSTEM

The introduction covers equipment specification of φ76mm seamless steel tube eddy flaw-inspecting system located at the subjective plant and layout and process flow of the system after the technical modification thereof. The post-modification operation of the system shows that the flaw-inspecting system is capable of working stably, having caused no quality failure resulting from false or missing defect reports. Testing criteria for the reference pipes with size range as φ16~76mm are stricter than relevant state specification.
