    • Elaborated here is the application of the CF-V multi-channel ultrasonic detection system to production of the SAWL steel pipe,focusing on its main functional characteristics and equipment layout. The said UT system features high detection accuracy,low false drop rate,high testing speed,and high cost-effectiveness,a designed maximum detection speed of 30 m/min,and 20 mm minimum steel plate-end non-detected area,being a new design philosophy and the trend of steel plate on-line detection process.
