EFFECT BY DIE ANGLE ON GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONS OF EMPTY SUNK TUBE
The results of experiments indicate that with big die angle to empty sink steel tubes,wall thichness uneveness was considerably reduced,the original wall thickening phenomenon eliminated,instead of wall thinning,and that when the total size reduction amount caused by empty sinking was sufficitenly big,number of passes were decreased.
