    Discussion on Optimizing Design of Circulating Water System of the Spray Steel Pipe Quenching Device

    • In order to optimize the circulating water system of the water spray steel pipe quenching device,the drainage system of the spray quenching device is designed with separate water drainage at quenching time and pause time,which not only achieves the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption,but also reduces the project investment and operating costs of production to a certain extent. The design scheme and ideas for the inner spraying water return system,outer spraying water return system,iron oxide pit and pump station after optimizing the circulating water system based on experiences in engineering design are described.
