ADJUSTMNET OF OFFSETTING OF ACCU-ROLL PIPE MILL GUIDE DISC

The Accu-Roll pipe mill is equipped with three dimensionally adjustable large-sized driving rotary guide disc to increase the longitudinal pull force imposed on the work-piece,producing satisfactory flow of the mefal within the pass and resulting in limited spread-off and increased elongation of the work-piece.Based on analysis of mating of the roll velocity with the guide disc velocity,theoretical approach to adjusting the pipe mill guide disc offsetting is made,and relevant measures for the adjustment proposed.
