IMPROVEMENT ON EXTRACTOR BALANCING SYSTEM OF IMPORTED STEEL TUBE HOT-DIP GALVANIZING LINE

A complete improvement on the extractor balancing system of the steel tube hotdip galvanizing line designed and manufactured by Mannesmann, Germany has been made. The modified balancing mechanism and the swing arm are capable of bringing about proper balancing at every point during movement, resulting in reduction of fatigue de formation of the reducer shaft,hence a longer service life of the extractor.
