    DEVELOPMENT OF 20MoG HI-PRESSURE BOILER TUBE

    • The author describes the general situation about production of boiler service steel both at home and abroad and the critical technical points concerning development of 2OMoG hipressure boiler tubes, including determination of chemical composition and manufacture process of the tube. Relevant inspections show that the structure, properties, geometric accuracy and surface quality of the boiler tube are all up to the requirements specified in the pilot production agreement and ASME SA2O9-92 specification. The tube is applicable to making water-cooled panel, coal saver, low-temperature overheater and medium-temperature reheater of the subcritical and super critical boiler used in the 300 MW and 600 MW power generation units.
