R & D of the New Type SP2215 Austenitic Heat-resistant Steel for Servicing 620~650 ℃ Boiler Super Heater/Reheater

Abstract
Analyzed in the paper is the aging-precipitation strengthening mechanism of the material as used to make the TP347H,Super304H,and HR3C ultra supercritical boilers for power plant service,based on which,the new type SP2215 austenitic heat-resistant steel for servicing 620~650℃ boiler super heater/reheater is developed.It is identified via relevant analysis that adding certain amounts of Cu,Nb and N to the new type 22Cr-15Ni-based Fe-Cr-Ni SP2215 austenitic heat-resistant steel leads to producing the multi-phase composite strengthening effect,and M23C6 carbide strengthening in grain boundary.The said SP2215 steel is in possession of high creep rupture strength(650℃,105 h>130 MPa;700℃,105 h>80 MPa) and satisfactory corrosion/oxidation-resistance.
