Complete packages of project as-built archives are of significant reference values to the construc-tion companies.Archives managing persons of the departments concerned must be very careful in post-project screening of the documents.Focusing on several types of project technical documents,the author analyzes the im-portance of technical document filing and emphasizes that to maintain complete,accurate and systematic as-built project documents will be very helpful for enhancing the reference value of the project archives as a whole.
