    • Newly-developed B653 steel with low carbon,Mn,V contents and Ti microalloy can be used to Produce -70℃ low-temperature seamless steel tubes for pressure vessels with the process of openhearth furnace smelting→ ladle refining→controlled rolling or the process of electric furnace smelting→argon injection in ladle refining→controlled rolling.The comprehensive properties of the tube can meet the application requirements and its low-temperature impact energy is 5 times higher than that specified by JIS G3460-84.
