    SETTING TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR HI-FREQUENCY WELDING WITH ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENTAL METHOD

    • With relevant orthogonal experiments, it was conducted to observe the main effects on the welding quality by various elements involved and the interactions between each two elements during hi-frequency welded.pipe manufacturing process, based on which and the technological theory, the optimum technological conditions for hi-frequency pipe-welding process were set up. The said conditions have been used as process procedures to direct operation. Relevant operational practice has proven that thanks to the employment of the orthogonal experimental method,the weld quality is considerably improved.
