Enhancement of Manufacturing Technology for Weld Pipe as Used for Domestic Energy Ind ustry

Thanks to the global demand for clean energies,the natural gas production industry has been continuously developing over the recent years.And the global demand for natural gas is expected to be increased by 1.5% yearly.The natural gas consumption proportion among the total domestic energy consumption had been increased from 2.2% in 2000 to 6.2% in 2016.And the energy consumption structure is following an Oil down and Gas up trend,with which the gas transportation piping construction is growing up in step.Accordingly stricter requirements for the manufacturing capacity and quality of the large-sized weld pipe are put forward.Moreover it is also demanded to further improve product quality of the weld pipe for the purpose of assuring safety of the piping system operation.In this case,it is urgently needed to establish the informationized management system and in-process data monitoring,and evaluation/processing functions of manufacturing process of the weld pipe so as to enhance the stability and reliability of the product quality.
