STUDY ON THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE FOR HIGH-PRECISION AND HEAVY-WALLED PUMP BARREL PIPE ROLLING ON A LD-TYPE TUBE MILL

Tile experiment is made on high-precision and heavy-walled pump barrel pipe rolling on a LD-type tube mill. The influence of production schedule on the dimensional accuracy of products is analysed and also established is the pump barrel tube rolling schedule with such principles as small amount reducing, large amount wall-sinking, moderate rolling speed and equivalent distribution of rolling force in wall-sinking zone.
