Research Achievement and Progress of Domestic Submarine Acid-resistant Linepipe

The characteristics of the submarine aid-resistant linepipe is elaborated,and the factors as affecting the acid resistance of the said linepipe is analyzed. Moreover the domestic research progress and present application situation of the linepipe are described. Furthermore the main thinking for current R & D of domestic submarine acid-resistant linepipe is pointed out i.e.,focusing on high strength,high toughness,low yield ration and excellent weldability of the material and the pipe proper,and assuring the safety and desired service life thereof by means of strict control of the alloy element contents and harness as well as the residual stress distribution,etc.
