    ANNEALING CRACKS OF Ni-BASED ALLOY BILLETS FOR POWER SPINNED PIPES

    • The relationship between annealing cracks and heating temperatures of Ni-based alloy cold-formed billets and the causes of annealing crack occurrence are studied. The experiment shows that the annealing cracks can be evidently eliminated by taking such measures as charging billets at high temperature, quickly rising temperature as well as lowering the softening-annealing temperature down to 1065℃.
