SITE MEASUREMENT AND THEORETIC ANALYSIS OF DRAWING FORCE WITH RESPECT TO TUBULAR PRODUCTS

Site measurements of the drawing force during continuous drawing of tubular product was conducted and relevant stress and strain occurring in the process were analyzed, based on which a formula for theoretic calculation of drawing force concerning tubular products is made. Compared with other formulas for the same purpose, the value resulted from the formula as described in this paper is closest to the measured value.
