OXYGEN/NATURAL GAS BURNER FOR ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE

Described in the article are the parameter computing/setting and application of the oxygen/natural gas burner.Relevant experiments have shown that thanks to use of the said burner on the electric arc furnace such benefits are available namely,reduction of power consumption by 33.3kWh/t averagely,cut-down of tap-to tap time by 23.5min/heat and reduction of cost/t by 19.6RMB Yuan.
