In 2010,along with the gradually-diminishing of the impact by the global financial crisis,and owing to a series of supporting policy measures taken by the Russian government,the steel-making industry in the country was well developing with considerable growth.Described here in the paper are the 2010 production and sales situations of several major Russian steel tube makers,including the TMK.,the OMK.,the Chelyabinsk Steel Tube Works and the Seversta Group Izhorsky Steel Tube Plant.
