APPLICATION OF NITROGEN-MAKING TECHNIQUE WITH HOLLOW FIBRE DIAPHRAGM To ROLLER-HEARTH HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE

The paper describes the application of nitrogen-making technique with hollow fibre diaphragm to the roller-hearth heat treatment furnace with nitrogen-based atmosphere and the protection system with the atmosphere consisting of nitrogen and methanol cracking gas.Also analyzed are the nitrogen-making technique involving air-separation with hollow fibre diaphragm and relevant theory and facilities.
