Investigation of Disadvantages of HK400VE-30 Sawing Machine and Countermeasures Taken

Briefed in the paper are the structure and operation principle of the HK400VE-30 vertical circular sawing machine. The disadvantages concerning operation of the sawer in the tube finishing line are investigated, and countermeasures are taken. Relevant operation practice after the improvement shows that the result is satisfactory, and the tubes as cut off by the modified sawing machine are up to the quality requirements of the order.
