    • A billet rotary hearth heating furnace is designed by Chengdu CSST Metallurgical Engineering Co.,Ltd.for the Φ140 mm seamless steel tube hot-rolling plant located at Anhui Tianda (Group) Corp.,Ltd.Detailed in the article is the design of the furnace,involving the furnace body,the combustion system,the mechanical equipment,and the automation related to the electrical and instrumental systems.The operation of the rotary furnace is satisfactory,which proves that the design of it is successful.
