A STUDY OF SERVICE LIFE OF FURNACE BOTTOM-ROLLER MADE WITH HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL

Discussed in the paper are the major elements responsible for the life span of the furnace bottom-roller made of heat-resistant steel, including material, manufacturer, heating-up and cooling speeds,furnace temperature control and roller-change method. Measures to prolong the said roller's life span are proposed.
